Long long time no write.

This has been a long time coming.  Anyone else notice the more you try to have patience and the more you try to mind your own business the more people come at you and you lose your patience more often than you would like?

I've turned 46 and I realize more and more about myself, others and especially how grateful I am for my husband, kids, skids, immediate family and true friends.

First lets talk about vengefulness, spitefulness and vindictiveness.  I have never been a person to exercise or exert any energy on any of these things.  However, many around me live daily to be that person.  They also don't just relegate these actions to those who they believe to have wronged them but anyone associated with the individual they want to get even with.

I think about this daily and try to understand it and actually where they are coming from.  I just can't.  I guess I understand why they use their emotions of hurt, anger, and disappointment to justify their behavior but I still don't fully understand what they hope to accomplish.

Thinking back lately on my immediate family and growing up, as a kid you never realize what you are experiencing and learning from the adults until later in your life, well if you ever do at all.

I have to say that most if not all of my immediate family were never and aren't vengeful, spiteful or vindictive to anyone and especially anyone they believe to have "wronged" them.  And I would have to say that most of them have plenty and valid reasons to take a couple of people completely OUT.

Shit Show - or otherwise known as child support court hearing.

it's the biggest racket of all in the judicial system. 
Child Support Service workers are corrupt, disgusting, vile and not in the least qualified or educated to do their job correctly.

They attempt to portray that it is all in the "best interest of the child/ren" when in fact it is not.
The Child support department gets their funds collected matched by the federal government if they meet a certain goal dollar amount.

People were in there who get along and agreeing to waive certain child support charges and the social workers would not allow it to happen.  One case the Judge refused to allow the parent to waive the $4000 behind amount. 

One chick in the courtroom today said she loves coming to court because she "gets that bank".  Meaning she gets money.  Then she added "because he needs to suffer and I'm going to make him suffer".

Another chick in the back was talking loudly about they better not dismiss her case with her "ole man" because he needs to stay in jail and suffer.

At one point one of the case workers told an inmate that is sitting there in cuffs and shackles the it isn't her responsibility to inform him when he needs to attend court hearings.

Actually bitch it is your responsibility!

Under the federal sentencing guidelines, a "drug trafficking offense" as "an offense under federal, state, or local law that prohibits the manufacture, import, export, distribution, or dispensing of a controlled substance (or a counterfeit substance) or the possession of a controlled substance (or a counterfeit substance) with intent to manufacture, import, export, distribute, or dispense."

One of the harshest facts regarding drug trafficking charges in Oklahoma is that anyone who is charged with trafficking is not eligible for probation. Consequently, you cannot receive a deferred sentence or a suspended sentence if convicted of drug trafficking. Moreover, anyone convicted of trafficking in illegal drugs is ineligible for “earned credits” once he or she enters the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. This means that your sentence will not be cut short due to “good-time” days which would normally shorten a sentence if the inmate progressed through the system without any issues.
Still, you can become eligible for parole once you have served one third of your sentence on a trafficking case. If you do not make parole though, you could end up serving the entire sentence. The mandatory minimum for a first-time charge of trafficking is four (4) years in prison, with a maximum penalty of up to life incarceration. You may also face a fine of up to $100,000.00. If an individual has prior convictions for drug trafficking, he or she can face up to life incarceration without the possibility of parole."

Please pay close attention to the information I included above.  Why am I asking you to read this?  Because recently some people have told Oklahoma Department of Human Services who told the local police department and family county district court that me and my husband have been trafficking drugs out of our family home.
Yes, you read that right.  Our home where our children live with us has been marked as place where people are coming to purchase illegal drugs and possibly us manufacturing as the definition listed above. 
Our home was raided and searched by at least 6 local police officers without a search warrant, my twins that live here were questioned, me and my husband were questioned.  The police knocked three times and threatened to break the front door off the hinges if my husband didn't open the door (remember no search warrant).  It was in the middle of the day and I was at work.  The police officers refused to allow my husband to call me and inform me what was happening.  My husband had no alternative but to sign a waiver and allow them to search our entire home.
Nothing remotely regarding drug trafficking was found.  However, now my husband is not allowed to see his children unless he agrees to supervised visitation and a bogus drug test ordered by family district court.  This is the second time family court has ordered my husband to take a drug test to see his children.
Even though OKDHS has not deemed our home dangerous and taken my twins who are minors out of the home, my  husbands kids are not allowed to come to our home so their dad can spend time with them.

Not to mention now our home is a marked house and constantly under surveillance.  The humiliation, emotional distress and I could have lost my job.  A drug trafficking charge is very serious.

Just to put things in perspective for you, you can provide court documents regarding two convictions on someone that children are living with, one felony one minor domestic violence assault and battery in the presence of a minor and OKDHS will say "if the children have not been hurt, injured or harmed, there is nothing we can do". 

However, an adult that logged into my minor child's facebook, an adult unrelated to my child, who went through my child's messages can send those to OKDHS to claim false information about me, my husband and my child in addition to false allegations of drug trafficking and OKDHS and 6 local police officers are at your house searching every inch of it.

All of these years we have only told family and friends of the two time OKDHS and police have searched our home due to bogus allegations. 

My intent of this blog is to hopefully warn all of you the dangers of OKDHS and a borderline personality disorder with narcissism.  This is attention for them and a game.  Their game pieces are the children.

Coast through the rest of 2016

Middle of August and this year I have had the flu followed by a sinus infection, a kidney stone, a death and now bronchitis.  There was an attempt to put me in jail, some kid hit my car and their insurance company is denying the claim, a car that was loaned to me broke down and our truck needs repaired.  People have come into my house and disrespected me behind my back.  Dealing with the teen years of boys. 




I have to sit and wonder, did I bring this on myself?  Is it just happenstance? 


I don't know but I know I am ready for a break.  Please.

Good morning!
I was going back through and reading my old stuff on here and thought, wow, everyday I think of something I should write about!


Some things have calmed in our lives the last 3 years and others have ramped up.


I will say that more and more everyday I find that I just don't fit in with most everyone else.  My thought process on many things is completely different from anyone else's most of the time.


Example:
This morning I have been reading about the outrage regarding Dallas Cowboys hiring Greg Hardy.  He was let go from the Panthers because he "beat his ex-girlfriend".  Before I even write anymore let me clearly state that I am one who believes everyone should keep their hands to themselves, period.  With that said, did anyone do any research on this situation other than hearing the gas lighting statement HE BEAT HIS GIRLFRIEND!!!!  Did anyone read that she was all jacked up on cocaine the night in question?  Could they possibly be fighting each other?  And please don't start with the "but he's bigger than her, and you don't hit girls".  NO you don't hit anyone, again everyone keep their hands to themselves.  And the other part that got me the big ZOMG in the story is Hardy had a gaggle of firearms in the apartment, all legally.  So, I thought that's what those screeching like howler monkeys about the 2nd amendment are for?  Oh wait, you mean it might not be a good idea for someone who is allegedly a violent person have a gaggle of guns in their possession?  Why not?  He has a right to have them correct?


Whether it's true or not, I read that as soon as Hardy's attorney brought up the cocaine aspect of the girlfriend the judge disallowed anymore questions about it, because you know it doesn't matter she was all jacked up, you don't hit poor women.


There are true women beaters out there, I am not discounting that fact whatsoever.  There are also just violent people that get together and decide to beat on each other.


Wonder how many CEOs and other "business" men beat their girlfriends or wives? Are their jobs called into question?  Not as much in my experience.


There are three sides to every story - his, hers and the truth.
Everyone keep their hands to themselves.
