I am not going to put the definition to this word because, well I don't have time and we all know what it is.
So I hear today that Clarence Thomas' (Supreme Court Judge), wife Virginia "Ginni" Thomas left a voice mail on Anita Hill's office phone at 7:30 AM on a Saturday requesting that Anita issue a public apology for what she said about her husband and for what she did to him.
All I can think is how drunk was she and how many pills had she taken the night before. Maybe she has multiple personalities or is schizophrenic. Woman it has been 20 years since all of that occurred and your husband got away with basically just being a jerk bag piece of scum. He got the job as a Judge forever regardless of what kind of bullshit nasty things he did. What is your deal? What is it you are looking to gain from this?
This comes on the heels of another stupid story of Brett Favre sending pictures of his "junk" to some female NY Jets employee 2 years ago. Allegedly he was also "sexting" her and leaving her voice messages hoping to spend time with her. And yes he is married and has been for 14 years.
First of all kudos to Anita for saying she is not going to apologize. Why would she? She called out this nasty ass man for his abhorrent behavior. It just happened he was up for a Supreme Court Justice position. Maybe Ginni needs to apologize to Anita for having such a piece of shit for a husband.
I am sick and tired of these kind of stories burning up the news.... It is not news that men are horn bags!!! Brett's wife should be the only one offended and Ginni needs to apparently move on.
I just can't even say anymore.....it's so absurd

FYI - OU Sooners
I sat here and thought what is something I love and haven't written about? UMMMM MY SOONERS!!!
After beating University of Iowa 52-0 we have proven ourselves to be ranked #1 in the BCS. Those of you (mom) that don't know what BCS is, it's Bowl Championship Series. It's the system that determines where the college football teams rank and what if any bowl they will compete.
During my attendance at OU the football team was, well lackluster. They tried hard but just never quite got to the status of the Barry Switzer days or what they are now with Bobo Stoops. Some of you won't believe me but our student season football tickets were $35! And an OU/TX ticket was another $25. I had to suffer through the years of Gibbs, Schnelenberger and Blake.
It's amazing I am such a football fanatic since my dad hardly watched sports when I was little and my mom thinks a false start call on the football field is "running with the ball". Mom tells me when I was 4 we lived in Denver, CO. We were there during the years of the Bronco's defense and their nickname the "Orange Crush". Apparently I would put the TV on football games and say "I'm watching feetsball". During my elementary years mom and dad had friends that were die hard Sooner fans and we would go watch every game with them. I was hooked and decided Boomer Sooner was the way for me.
Then in third grade I became a football cheerleader.
I was a cheerleader for nine years and I loved every minute of it. We worked hard but really I just loved being able to be on the sidelines during the games. Right next to all the action.
Even while the Sooners were down, I still loved them and I always will.
As it goes "I am Sooner born and Sooner bred and when I die I will be Sooner dead!"

FYI - What does this dream mean?
I usually never remember my dreams, but last night I had this one and I remembered most of it......not sure why though. Here it is.
Kristy don't fall out of your chair but the first thing I see is you in a wedding dress getting ready.
Then I am calling Steve and yelling at him because I don't know whether or not he has his paperwork done for Lacey's wedding and I am a this huge place where I guess Lacey and Kristy are getting married the same day.
Steve tells me he has everything done and is on his way to this huge building where there are hundreds of weddings happening.
Cut to the front of the church and here comes Emily and Maria. You guys are dressed in all black and white and Emily has tap shoes on!! Lacey asks what is with the shoes and Emily said "thought I could do a little tap number during the wedding!" Maria rolls her eyes and tells Lacey, "I tried to talk her out of it". Emily said - "hey I look dam good for just having a baby and I want to tap dance"
Lacey just turns around and walks off.
Here comes Staci and a group of girls and you are dressed like you are a Mardi Gras character. You have all Green, Yellow and Purple on and your face is painted silver. And Staci said "this silver paint smells like jizz!!!"
We ask Staci what she is doing and she said Lacey wanted her and some girls to be dressed like this for her wedding. Lacey said yep......
Then I am in a room with Kristy, Tina (her mom) and my mom. Tina is yelling at someone on the phone that they better get their A$$ there. Kristy now your dress is red and I ask you why are you wearing a red dress for your wedding and you say "Because it looks best and that is what I want to wear". so I go in and sit down and the bridesmaid come out in WHITE dresses and to that old country song "I like my women just a little on the trashy side" I am mortified and leave. Go back to the room where Lacey's wedding is.
Ok now Robb comes out and does this elaborate magic show on his way down the aisle to music and he changes outfits about 10 times. Have you seen those quick change aritists? And Staci thinks it is way cool.
Then I woke up
I must have a lot of people on my mind at once..... I know that all involved in this dream had a great laugh today.

FYI - Friend
noun
1.
a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard.
2.
a person who gives assistance; patron; supporter:
3.
a person who is on good terms with another; a person who is not hostile:
I am very fortunate to have many friends!
Being an only child is a blessing sometimes and also not so much at times. The blessing is that I got/get to choose the people that I spend all or most of my time with. The woman that is mostly my sister has been so since we were 8 years old. I am so lucky to have her in my life. Even though we have been through so much and sometimes been separated by many miles we have managed to stay very close. We are there for each other no matter what. I know and hope she knows that there is always someone in my corner and hers.
I have so many special women in my life and so much to say to them that it would take a few weeks to write it all. All of them give to me as much as they ask for from me. Can you say that about your friends? Not many can. We can also go long periods of time without talking to one another and still have conversations like we just talked yesterday. Also, all of them bring something special to my life. The best thing is laughter. I can count on them to make me laugh anytime I need some cheering up. They also bring reality. There is not many people in the world who will tell you the honest truth about something even though you may not want to hear it. A true friend listens and also tells. We can say anything to each other and it's never an issue. How many times have you heard girls say, "well I don't have many girl friends". I have lots of girl friends, the key is, we are mostly all alike. We are not in competition and none of us like drama. So if you are one of "those girls", well as we say YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND WILL BE KEPT ON FILE FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS. SHOULD YOUR DEMEANOR, ATTITUDE, DRAMA, NEEDINESS, BITCHINESS, ETC HAPPENS TO CHANGE THEN YOU MAY RE-APPLY. OTHERWISE GO TAKE A CLASS OR FIND "YOUR KIND OF FEMALES" TO BE FRIENDS WITH, WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOU.
We are busy enjoying life and taking care of our business, family and friends!!!!
I love all of you!!! You know who you are........

FYI - Truth
–noun
1. the true or actual state of a matter
#8 Is the correct definition of what truth means. Do you understand it? It means that the truth is different to everyone. This is why I deal with facts, not truths. Maybe I am that way because when I was growing up, my mom would tell me something was the truth and if I questioned it, well even if I didn't, she followed it up with "It's a scientific fact". Now knowing that my mom read 99% of the time and didn't watch TV, she had to be correct, right? As an adult and evaluating people and what they say and do, well too bad everyone doesn't deal in facts.
I got my degree in Philosophy and due to this fact, I look at both sides of all situations and try to at least understand both sides' positions. Face it, even the crazies have reasons for their actions. Of course they aren't always valid reasons but they have them. And they are valid reasons according to all the voices in their heads : ).
How many times have you been talking to friend or family member and they are telling you some scandal and they say "it's the truth!" Then later you hear another side to the story that is completely different and you think, hmmm who is lying? Well each person's story is the "truth" to them. Or basically whatever puts them in the best light. I have to say I only tell things about myself that are good. If the fact is, that I did or acted foolish I just don't bring it up. That way I don't have to lie. Also as I have said before, I speak of personal experience, not what others tell me.
Don't be so quick to judge when you hear something. Remember there is another side to the story. Just because someone tells you it is the truth, doesn't mean it is.
1. the true or actual state of a matter
2. conformity with fact or reality; verity:
3. a verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like.
4. the state or character of being true.
5. actuality or actual existence.
6. an obvious or accepted fact; truism; platitude.
7. honesty; integrity; truthfulness.
8. ideal or fundamental reality apart from and transcending perceived experience
9.agreement with a standard or original.
10. accuracy, as of position or adjustment.
11. Archaic . fidelity or constancy.

FYI - Sabotage
Noun
any undermining of a cause.
SYNONYMS
There are lots of women out there who are sabotagers (is that a word?). Now from the above definition you may say what's the cause they are sabotaging? Well for the sake of time, space and reading ability, let's just say women could rule the world. I know you have heard this statement many times before. Really women do you know how true it is? I guess not, because things would be so different if we all did.
I just don't understand or "get" the majority of women out there. You all must have received a handbook at some point that I didn't get or maybe I refused it. You are needy, psychotic, backstabbing, whiny, paranoid, hateful, scandalous, irresponsible, co-dependent, narcissistic, ignorant, stupid, hold grudges, self loathing, gold diggers, have no self-esteem, haters, fighters, lazy, demanding, controlling, the list is too long.
Here are a few ways you crazy bitches can stop sabotaging the rest of us:
*if you were dumped, let it go....no one cares anymore, it doesn't matter why, move on.
*it doesn't matter how much of whatever you are, there is someone that is more and someone that is less (pretty, fat, skinny, smart, rich, etc)
*men are not the value of your existence on this earth. If you don't have one, well you will survive honey. If you do have one, and he is truly a good one, then treat him good. If you have a POS then tell him to kick rocks.
*if your friend is dating someone and they break up, it's not ok to talk to that guy about your friend!! this would actually make you not a friend. Apparently some of you don't understand this or you do and don't give a shit. Then you wonder why you don't have any friends.
*no one is responsible for taking care of you but, oh guess who, YOU damnit. If you have help from whomever, by all means accept graciously, but DON'T expect it.
*if you have children, take care of them first. It's ok to want some time/things for yourself, but only after the kids have what they need. You don't dump the kids off with whomever so you can go "hang out" with your boyfriend or whatever.
*your kid's feelings come first, not yours. Just because you are mad at their daddy, don't take it out on them.
*don't call someone more than twice. Whoever it is, two calls is sufficient to leave a voice mail. If they want to talk to you right then they will answer the phone or call you back, if they don't, leave them alone. That 67th time of calling is NOT going to get them to answer the phone, seriously. And if they have been in a horrible accident or something, someone will contact you. This is 2010, you will find out by phone, email or at least freaking Facebook.
*if you are in a relationship, everyday is not going to be rainbows and unicorns. So don't think your life should live out like a romantic comedy or some music video. Some days it will and other days you will feel like you are in one of the Exorcist movies.
*don't ask for a man's opinion if you don't want it. He shouldn't have to lie to you in order not to hurt your feelers.
*the more you try to control a man, the less you will.
*not all men are bad
*not all women are good mothers
*men are not mind readers, say what you want in a couple of sentences.
*men don't like to talk about feelings
*men like to watch sports, they like to watch action movies, etc. Most of your homes have at least 2 TV's. You can watch TV separately, you won't blow up if you aren't sitting next to him at all times.
*don't make men shop, most of them hate it and it just makes both of you miserable.
*stop competing with every other woman in the world.
This list could go on and on. I will leave it for now. When I think of more I will add, or you can add, I would like to see what the rest of you think................
